Report safely
Use the public form on this page for account help, service incidents, abuse, privacy questions, or suspected security vulnerabilities. Security reports may also be sent to security@bekord.com. Choose the closest category and provide the smallest amount of information needed to reproduce or investigate the issue.
Never send a password, session cookie, access token, private key, full database export, or unrelated customer message content. If a secret was exposed, rotate or revoke it first when possible.
Response expectations
Emergency reports involving active account compromise, credible safety risk, exposed credentials, cross-customer access, or ongoing service disruption are triaged first. Other security reports, data requests, abuse reports, and account questions are handled according to documented severity and ownership checks.
A submitted report receives a reference identifier. That identifier is not proof that BeKord has accepted liability, approved testing, or confirmed the report.
Provider access boundary
Routine support uses purpose-bound access grants limited to one operator, one workspace, a documented reason and ticket, and a short time window. The routine context view contains workspace identity and counts only. It does not reveal messages, files, email addresses, or media tokens.
Emergency infrastructure access is separately controlled, logged, and reviewed. BeKord does not claim that infrastructure or database administrators are technically incapable of accessing hosted data.
