BeKord Acceptable Use Policy

Safety, abuse, security, and resource-use rules for BeKord accounts and workspaces.

Version 2026-08-04Effective 2026-08-04Operator: BeKordReview status: approved

1. Protect people and their rights

Do not use BeKord for credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or content that unlawfully endangers a person. Do not impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive or harmful way.

Do not upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use, or use BeKord to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

2. Protect systems and accounts

Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, phish, evade authentication, probe another customer's workspace, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, or bypass rate, role, moderation, monitoring, or administrative controls.

Security research requires prior written authorization defining the systems, time window, methods, data handling, and reporting route. A public security contact is not blanket testing permission.

3. Do not abuse service resources

Do not send spam, automate deceptive activity, create accounts or workspaces to evade enforcement, overload storage or media systems, scrape users, or operate illegal services through BeKord.

Workspace owners must configure roles responsibly, respond to credible abuse reports, and remove access that creates an ongoing risk.

4. Enforcement

BeKord evaluates context, severity, recurrence, safety, customer action, and legal obligations. Responses may include warning, content restriction, rate limiting, feature restriction, temporary suspension, evidence preservation, workspace removal, account termination, or referral to appropriate authorities when legally required.

When safety and integrity permit, BeKord will identify the affected account or workspace, the rule involved, the effective action, and available review or export steps.
