From registration to your first message.

1. Check eligibility and policies

Registration is available only when the service shows enrollment as open and capacity is available. Read the current Terms, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy before accepting them.

2. Create and verify your account

1. Open Create account.
2. Choose a unique username, use your email, and create a strong password.
3. Complete the visual CAPTCHA and accept the current policy bundle.
4. Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email. Codes expire; request a new code if needed.

Never share your password, verification code, recovery code, authenticator secret, or session token with support.

3. Create or join a workspace

After verification, choose Create your first workspace, or open a valid invitation link from a workspace owner. An invalid, expired, revoked, or capacity-limited invitation should show a safe error and will not reveal private workspace data.

4. Send your first message

Select a text channel, enter a message, and press Send. Use the channel list for other rooms, Direct Messages for private conversations, and a voice room for live audio or screen sharing when permitted.

5. Protect the account

Open your avatar, choose My Account, then the security area. Enable authenticator-based 2FA by scanning the QR code with a compatible authenticator and confirming the current six-digit code. Store recovery information safely and separately.
